Unbiased Advice – Auto Enrolment iPad App and brochure

With the introduction of automatic enrolment into workplace pension schemes, the Money Advice Service needed a clear and engaging way to help employees understand what the changes meant for them. The challenge was to transform complex financial information into an accessible experience that encouraged people to take a more active role in planning for retirement.

I designed an interactive iPad application and supporting brochure that guided users through the key aspects of workplace pensions – from how automatic enrolment works and the benefits of employer contributions, to the importance of building long-term savings.

Combining intuitive navigation, clear content structures, and engaging visual storytelling, the experience simplified a complex subject and made pension planning more approachable. The app also connected users with practical tools, calculators, and resources from the Money Advice Service, helping them better understand their options and make more informed decisions.
